Dear conference participants,

This year's conference will be held March 2-4, 2023, as an in-person conference

As the conference is in person, please be advised that proof of full vaccination (list of accepted vaccines below) or negative COVID test within 72 hours of the event is required before picking up your attendee badge.

Given the new CDC guidance on masks, masks will be voluntary.

You are considered fully vaccinated to attend the conference if you have received one of the following WHO-authorized vaccines. Below are the minimum requirements and boosters are strongly recommended.

  • Pfizer (two doses)

  • Moderna (two doses)

  • Johnson & Johnson (one dose)

  • AstraZeneca (two doses)

  • BIBP/Sinopharm (one dose)

  • Sinovac (two doses)

Valid forms of vaccination proof include a valid photo ID and:

  • Original, copy, or electronic photo of the CDC vaccination card (or similar documentation issued by another foreign governmental jurisdiction); or

  • Documentation from a healthcare provider; or

  • Personal digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by your State, local, or foreign governmental jurisdiction; or

  • Personal digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by an approved private company.

If you are not vaccinated because of a medical or religious exemption, you will need to show proof of a negative COVID test within 72 hours of picking up your attendee badge at the conference. Negative test results must be printed or presented as a digital copy (email, photo) and come from a lab or valid source. You cannot self-attest a negative test result.

More information regarding the conference will be sent in follow-up emails.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to the IPRRC team if you have any questions or concerns.
