Conference hotel cancelation policy: Hotel reservations may be canceled without penalty if done so 48 hours in advance.

Want to come early or stay longer? IPRRC has contracted the guaranteed conference room rate for participants arriving both two days prior and two days following the event.
Transportation
A complimentary shuttle is available to all guests to destinations within the central business district (3 mile radius) of the hotel. Please note: traffic is often heavy and the shuttle is in high demand and is often delayed. Uber is always a fast and cheap alternative.
